The younger twin of the famous music group, P Square, was reacting to Nigeria’s inability to beat Ghana to qualify for the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
“Yes, we lost to Ghana yesterday but I am proud of Ghana because Nigerians go to Ghana for vacations. They have good electricity, good roads, security, good university which 40% of Nigerians occupy,” Rude Boy posted on the news feed of his Instagram account.
He reminds us that the Black Stars of Ghana have secured a spot in the FIFA World Cup. The game ended in a draw. However, Ghana qualified based on the away goals rule.
Before the much anticipated match was played at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja, there were reports that gunmen suspected to be bandits attacked a train station along the Abuja-Kaduna railroad line.
Unconfirmed reports indicated that terrorists planted improvised explosive devices (IEDs) on the tracks, forcing an Abuja-bound train from Kaduna to stop.
As a reminder, news of the incident, coupled with the loss of the Super Eagle, triggered reactions on social media as Nigerians lamented the state of their country.
