It’s a new day, but the news of what has now become a legal battle between actress Tonto Dikeh and dancer Jane Mena continues to dominate the headlines.
Remember that Jane announced yesterday that she will sue the single mother-of-one for defamation of character and that she will seek a 500 million naira compensation fee in the lawsuit.
Jane claimed Tonto’s s3x tape was a figment of her imagination because it did not exist, and she dared the Actress to release it.

Tonto, in her reaction, insisted that the sex tape exists.
Tonto stated;
Jane Mena, If I say your sex tape exists, I repeat myself, child.
You can’t be pleading with me behind closed doors to save your marriage while also pleading with me for an appointment to explain yourself and then coming with a petition.
I’ll see you in COURT.
Tonto took to social media a few hours ago to warn lawyers not to call her to beg on “someone’s” behalf.
