Nigerian rapper and actor, Falz, has released his fifth studio album titled “BAHD” on June 10, 2022.
The new album, released under his own label, Bahd Guys Entertainment, features 12 tracks and collaborations with Nigerian stars like Tiwa Savage, The Cavemen, BNXN, LAX, Chike and Mavin Records’ newest signee, BoySpyce.

“BAHD” comes three years after Falz’s last studio album, “Moral Instruction,” in which the 31-year-old rapper heavily sampled Afrobeat icon, the late Fela Anikulapo Kuti. He also dealt extensively with socio-political themes such as government corruption, religious hypocrisy, terrorism and the lack of moral standards among Nigerians.
His new album moves away from this political tone, instead sticking to the light-hearted comedic themes for which the rapper has become known.
Falz, we recall, has since earned a reputation as a politically inclined musician since he, along with fellow rapper Runtown, led the first round of protests in Lagos State during the October 2020 “EndSARS” campaign.
On June 04, 2022, the Nigerian star announced that he would perform on June 11, 2022, adding that only those with voter registration cards will be allowed to attend his show.
