On October 21st, 1993, Kane Allen Brown was born in Tennessee. He had a difficult upbringing because his mother was a single parent. His family regularly relocated from one place to the next, and he occasionally lived on the streets.
He attended many schools when he was growing up. In Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, at Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School, he sang with his buddy Lauren Alaina, who later finished second on American Idol season 10.
