Olasunkanmi Quadri Taoreed popularly known as Kogbagidi was born on the 21st of June in Surulere. He hails from Ijede, Agbowa, Okepopo Kisi in Lagos State, Nigeria and he is the fourth of five children born to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Taoreed.
