Steely Rose Father’s Devotedness to Parenting
Hauser divides his time between his acting projects, for which he often has to travel, and his family, which seems to be the centerpiece of his life. And in a 2020 interview with People, Hauser said the pandemic only further drove home the point of “just how important it is to take advantage of the family.”
“It’s been a little rough over the last couple of years just because I’m away for five months at a time,” he went on. “It’s not easy to parent from afar. Steely is an absolute pistol, and they’re great boys. When I’m away they kind of take over, making sure that mom and Steely are watched over. That’s how I raised them and I’m proud of them for that.”
When he’s not on location, Hauser is usually with his family, going boating, trick-or-treating, and celebrating birthdays together. And his kids each favor their dad in their ways, with Hauser’s two sons often looking like earlier versions of Hauser in photos, and his daughter taking after Hauser through her feisty spirit and affinity for sports.
Steely Rose Mother’s Sacrifice for Her Twin Sister
Cole Hauser’s wife and mother of three, Cynthia Daniel, donated her eggs to her twin sister Brittany whose battles with stage IV non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma meant she might never be able to have children.
Brittany told Daniel, who discussed it with her husband Hauser and afterward agreed to donate her eggs to her twin.
Speaking on her decision to donate her eggs, Daniel revealed she saw it as a simple gift she could give to her sister. The mother of three said:
“I know Brittany would do it in a split second for me. And we’ve always shared everything, so why not this?”

Steely Rose joined Cole in Montana the week of Father’s Day.
“Happy Father’s Day to all you dads out there in the world,” Cole captioned a photo of Steely Rose sitting around a campfire with their two dogs. You can see the beautiful Montana landscape behind her.
Cole later shared some other pictures from Steely Rose’s visit to the Yellowstone set. “Steely Rose and I on set last week of S5 @yellowstone solo with the love of my life #fatherdaughtertime you are the future my beautiful,” Cole wrote alongside the photos.
