Timothy Simon Roth born 14 May 1961 is an English actor and producer. He is a renowned Golden Globe-nominated British actor who began acting on films and television series in the 1980s. He was among a group of prominent British actors of the era, the “Brit Pack”.
Roth had three sons. Jack, born to Lori Baker in 1984, is also an actor. Roth married Nikki Butler in 1993. They had two sons, Hunter and Cormac.

Musician Cormac was born in 1996 and was the youngest of Tim Roth’s sons with wife Nikki. He was a talented guitarist, composer and producer.

Cormac announced on his Instagram that he had been diagnosed with Stage 3 germ cell cancer in November 2021.
“In November of 21 I was diagnosed with stage 3 germ cell cancer,” Roth shared on IG.
“Since then I’ve been fighting it daily, throwing everything I can at it. Chemo, high dose chemo, medication, transplants, transfusions, surgeries etc. It is called Choriocarcinoma, it is rare, and it has managed to stay many steps ahead of me no matter what I throw at it.
“It has taken away half of my hearing, 60pounds of weight, my confidence, and will continue its murderous path until I can manage to stop it some how, and kill it.”
The 25-year-old added: “But it hasn’t taken away my will to survive, or my love of making music. It hasn’t taken me down yet.
“If you or someone you love is effected [SIC] by cancer, please feel free to reach out for it is an emotional rollercoaster unlike anything else.
Cormac died on October 16, 2022 after a year long battle with germ cell cancer.
The young musician’s family said that “grief and tears come in waves” as they announced Cormac’s death in a statement.

He explained that he had choriocarcinoma, a rare “malignant, fast-growing tumor” that develops from the cells that help an “embryo attach to the uterus and help form the placenta,” per Cancer.org.
According to the post, the disease had taken away part of the guitarist’s hearing and caused him to lose 60 pounds.
“It [the cancer] will continue its murderous path until I can manage to stop it some how, and kill it,” lamented Cormac.

Despite the devastating symptoms, he wrote that it hadn’t sapped his “will to survive” or “love of making music.”

Love to you all please make sure to do the things that you love. Life is short. It is chaos. And you never know when it’s going to be you. Be well and go to the doctor. F – – k cancer.”
In his final Instagram post on Aug. 16, the Bennington College graduate said he was “blown away” by all the talented people on Instagram.
