Early Career Life Of Jae Crowder
Crowder demonstrated his talent and dedication by playing at South Georgia Technical College and later at Howard College, where he won an NJCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Championship and was named State Farm Junior College Player of the Year, despite not being highly recruited out of high school.
He later changed schools to Marquette, where he won the Big East Player of the Year award during his senior year. Crowder was picked in the 2012 NBA draft, going 34th overall to the Cleveland Cavaliers before being traded the next night to the Dallas Mavericks.
Conclusion
Before being traded to the Boston Celtics in 2014, he spent two years playing for the Mavericks. Crowder played for the Celtics for three productive seasons before joining the Cavaliers again in 2017.
He was moved to the Utah Jazz in 2018, and then in 2019 to the Memphis Grizzlies. Crowder was once more transferred to the Miami Heat in 2020, where he made it to his first NBA Finals.
